Marvill holiday apartment rentals is a family business set up in 1992 .
The company manages 100 apartments within the Paraiso 10 block of apartments in Benidorm.
The Paraíso 10 apartments are good quality, well equipped, comfortable apartments, with services to ensure our guests enjoy a great holiday in Benidorm. They provide an ideal base for relaxation and fun with Benidorm`s shops, bars and restaurants close by.
For your added enjoyment and comfort we provide a 24 hour reception service, so there is no need to worry at what time you arrive as we will always have our friendly and efficient staff ready to meet you, when you check in. Our staff are also there to help you should you require any help or information during your holiday.
Other facilities include coin operated internet access in reception, wash and dry laundry service (small charge), swimming pool, tennis court (small charge). Weekly light cleaning service which varies according to the length of your stay.
The one bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 people, with heating and airconditioning, coin operated satellite TV, kitchen with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, mini oven, electric hobs and cooking utensils. Two bedroomapartments with similar faciltiies sleep up to 6 people.
Balconies are south facing and sunny (some are enclosed)
Not to be missed is a visit to the Paradise Corner, our modern cafe-bar to enjoy a drink with friends and family, offering snacks all year round (main meal menu in summer months), TV, pool table and children`s recreational machines.

In the building there are 154 apartments on 26 floors.
They are suitable for either families or couples.
Apartments are comfortable and tastefully furnished.
One bedroom apartments:
for 2-4 guests, have two single beds in the bedroom, and in the lounge a sofa bed for an additional
two people.
Two bedroom apartments :
for 4-6 guests, have two single beds in each bedroom and a additional sofa bed in the lounge.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer , electric kettle , toaster ,
mini oven & grill and four electric hobs , plus utensils and neccessary crockery for the number of
people staying in the apartments.
In all the bedrooms there is a safe deposit box , key available in reception(extra charge).
Each apartment has a bathroom with bath , shower, bidet and toilet.
Television with satellite channels in the lounge, coin operated.
All the apartments are fully electrical, in kitchen and for hot water(individual boyler)
The apartments have sunny balconies (some of which are closed in with sliding glass windows)
For families with infants cots under availability ( for free ).

PARADISE CORNER BAR
Next to reception you cannot miss a visit to the Paradise Corner Bar.
Enjoy a drink with family and friends in comfortable surroundings. A large selection of drinks ,
coffees , beers , etc. both national-international brands are available.
We also serve light snacks throughout the year, but in the summer months try our kitchen opens for full breakfast and lunch , with several different menus to try.
Bar is open from 10.00 until 01.00 (slightly earlier in winter).
Facilities in bar include Satellite TV. , and games area such as two pool tables.

Where we are
The PARAISO 10 apartments are situated in the popular resort of Benidorm.
They are located on the Levante Beach , in a relatively quiet area , but also very close to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets .
The beach is aprox.800 metres (10 minutes walk) down a gentle slope and the old town centre is aprox. a 20 mminute walk away.
Benidorm is located aprox. 60 Km. from Alicante airport, a 40 minute journey by road.
HOW TO ARRIVE FROM THE AIRPORT:
By road:
Take the A-7 motorway, in the direction of Benidorm/Valencia. Take the Benidorm Levante exit, and once past the toll, carry on straight down towards Levante Beach . Drive straight across the first roundabout and the same at the second one towards the beach. Straight after the second roundabout, carry on to the 2nd set of lights.
Turn to the right in order to make a legal U turn at this junction.
After the U turn (coming back up the same road you came down) take the first road on the right . Continue until next junction ( you will see Riopark hotel and the Castilla hotel on your left ) . Turn left and then take second right.(Calle Lérida- Lérida street).
